And is it even October without a trip to a Pumpkin Patch?!
If you’re looking for a Pumpkin Patch in or around Milton Keynes, get your wellies on, wrap up warm and go and find the biggest pumpkin you can at one of the following Pumpkin PYO farms.

The Patch MK
Mount Mill Farm, Milton Keynes, MK19 6DG
The Patch MK is a very popular farm for pumpkins for people in and around Milton Keynes. Tickets go on sale early September and you can get ready to pick from the 61 different varieties they have planted in 2023!
Choose from either a daytime visit or a spooky nighttime visit and enjoy tons of the activities they have on offer such as play areas, a witches broom, devils throne and marshmallow toasting.
Lillingstone Pick Your Own
Stockholt Farm, Lillingstone Dayrell, Buckingham, MK18 5AF
This is a gorgeous family run farm with everything from meeting lambs, sunflower, strawberry & pumpkin picking and even Christmas trees in the winter.
Choose between a daytime visit, a nighttime visit by torchlight or even a trip to see the Pumpkin King and Glass Slipper Princess.
Mead Open Farm
Stanbridge Rd, Leighton Buzzard LU7 9JH
If you’re looking for even more of a day out than a pumpkin patch, take a seat in the Big Top for the new Freaky Flamenco Fiesta Circus and experience 3 spooky walkthrough attractions, including the all new Horrid High at Mead Open Farm. You can also visit the pumpkin patch and have photos with live, roaming characters.
Grove Farm PYO
Grove Farm PYO, Great Gap, lvinghoe, Leighton Buzzard LU7 9DZ
Grove Farm is set over 80 acres and offers over 30 different fruits and vegetables, including both pumpkins and squash, to PYO from June to October.

The Secret Farm

If you don’t mind travelling a bit further, The Secret Farm is FULL of activities during pumpkin season.
There’s a straw maze, pumpkin cannon, pumpkin carving, mini tractors and loads more included in the price. For a little extra you can include family tractor rides, scare maze, face painting, bouncy castles and more!
